Summer Goals from the Desert

I would like to get the following underway:
1. return from the desert,
2. move my office and lab,
3. make duty visits to relatives,
4. jump start my current writing project,
5. have something surprising and wonderful for the retreat.

It seems so simple, really, even benign. Post a list, how hard can that be? Not hard until I start thinking of the ten-minute tasks that need to back these goals up, and the fact that the summer feels more than half over, and, and, and - Well, I'll do my best!
